Meltem Birey | owner+director
Meltem Birey is the director of Birey Gallery and the award-winning
Flotsam + Jetsam Design Studio. She is an interior architect and designer with an interdisciplinary bent for reinventing and
revitalizing spaces. As a curator, she has shown artists of local, national, and international promise. Birey is drawn
to a convergence of both technical and conceptual mastery in design and the fine arts. She is an accomplished aesthete
and patron of the Philadelphia arts scene.
