Meltem Birey, owner and lead designer of Flotsam + Jetsam, is an accomplished aesthete; her love of raw space, conscientious renovation and discovery is the cornerstone of her extensive and varied practice. The gallery, as well as the design studio, endeavors not only to show, but to elevate a perspective on the current practicing landscape of contemporary art and design.
