How do I return an item?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any exchange.

However, if you are unsure about sizing, please contact us at customerservice@flotjet.com before placing your order.

Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds on change of mind however if an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item's value. Any refunds given will be for the item's total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact. Please note that customers will be responsible for the delivery fees for refunding the items.

If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us at customerservice@flotjet.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorization number and instructions on returning the garment. Once the customer has been sent a Returns Authorization number, the item must be sent back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser's credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the cancellation notice.

Please note that refunds will not be accepted without a Returns Authorization number.
